Huge thanks to everyone that turned up today to help. All of the critical jobs have been completed including getting buoys and safety boats off the water, all club boats secured, everywhere cleaned down, relocated the tools and work bench into the lower shed and grass cutting done.

There are very few jobs remaining so hopefully an early finish for those there next week - we need to secure the lower shed to the concrete, drain down the water and boiler, potentially insulate the water pipe in the corner of the clubhouse (below the stop cock), cut up and dispose of an old boat and fit some film to the windows in the lower shed so it is less obvious what is stored in there. I think that's everything but if anyone can think of anything else- please let me know.
