Teesdale SWC is a Royal Yachting Association Recognised Centre for dinghy sailing and powerboat courses. In order to undertake a RYA course at Teesdale you must be a member of the club. Membership of the club means that you can continue to sail on completion of your course, possibly making use of club boats free of charge.

All our RYA Courses are run by volunteer instructors who are RYA qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked. Between them they have a wealth of experience of sailing and powerboating that they are keen to share with participants.

Please note that powerboat courses are organised and run for those who intend to act as Safety Boat Officers within the club.
