RYA Level One Start Sailing Course

This course is for adults with no or little dinghy sailing experience. It will cover the basic theory and practical aspects of sailing. By the end of the course participants will be able to rig and launch and recover a dinghy and sail across, up and downwind in a light breeze. Practical elements will be covered onshore and afloat. Theory will include safety, meteorology and the five essentials.
